Mogi and I are relaxing and enjoying in our "santuary" 這是我的天地, 圍牆、舊梯子讓我塗鴉. 久不久一 次的維修工程, 讓我也 "的起心肝" 做一次全屋內外裝修不失是好時機. (自我安慰開解).
Our unit is on the ground floor of a 6-storey building which has just done a big renovation. The work took 8 months to finish. The annoyance and irritation are not words can explain.
Who can imagine how it's look before ? The drainages of the whole building are laid underground of our unit. It's found seepage and mandatory to rectify by Incorporated Owners, i.e. all the owners have to bear the liabilities and costs . We all had to endure the inconvenience and annoyance. At last it's done. The black iron cover of the drainage is no pleasant. I painted it brightly.煩擾的工程, 又掘又鑽又嘈吵, 非筆墨可言諭. 
All have to be approved by Mogi. He's happy with it.大半年的擾攘工程, 總算完結, 我為那礙眼的黑色渠蓋加點顏色, 不錯吧.
A wooden work ladder should have been disposed by contractor but I re-painted it and use it for plant.

Mogi is not an outdoor cat. He's actually not allowed going out to this patio. I'm afraid he may jump off. He's indeed nervous being out. One day the door was opened for workers. He's so scared and missing for an hour. Hubby finally found the fluffy ball hided underneath our bed. Hubby had to lured him and pulled him out safely. The one scared indeed was hubby who thought Mogi's gone.別以為 Mogi 愛在此走動, 其實他好 " 藤雞", 聽到街上車聲就 "走夾吾抖" . 有日工友在家出入, 中門大開, Mogi 驚慌得要死, 不知所踪, 一小時後才發現這毛球藏身在牀底夾縫, 要哄要拉才出來. 受驚的不是 Mogi, 是老公大人, 他恐防貓貓走失了.

Living on the ground floor of this building has pros and cons. We've this open yard but the common drainages are under my ground. After the many years wear and tear the problems come. Anyway it's now rectified. We'll have the rest years peace of mind. We love the patio which is rare in the urban. See the enclosed white fence is my patio.在市區有平台的房子難求, 我們很享受這院子.
Down the lane is a histroical post office building now use for Environmental Resources Centre.
The front look of the Centre and the next blocks are office building. My former office was in the round one. It's only 5 minutes walk from home. Those were the days !My office is now 25 miles away away.以前我的公司就在五分鐘的街角, 現在好遙遠呵.
After the big annoying house renovation. Now is fall - a good time for outdoor activites. Cycling and hiking are my favorites. This Saturady I cycled along the river bank before seeing my mum. 多月來的工程終告完成, 至今已是秋天了, 可輕鬆點, 我也可出動郊遊踏單車及行山了.

Sunday morning I walked up the hill behind my studio just wanted to see the covered wild camillia. 剛在星期六在沙田河邊踏單車, 與母親午飯後我晚上回到赤柱, 星期日早上往山上走, 為的是要看山頭野花卉.
The hill is covered not only of the white camillia but also lots of flowers.
Colorful wild flowers and fruits all over the hill. 我愛香港的郊遊, 有山有水, 極目青蔥.
I picked up the dried "grass head" in the brushes. 我不採摘小野花, 祗在路邊拾了一個乾草頭.
Put on some dried leaves and a wool felted flower. Placed it on the floor of my studio. This is autumn. My 36-hour weekend wrapped up with a very nice visit of my friends Ann and Jessica to my studio in Stanley. We exchanged the ideas of crafts and art.乾草頭飾以枯葉及羊毛做的白花, 放在牆角, 一點秋意. 旁晚有朋自遠方來, 交流交流她的藝術心得. 
Back to urban home Sunday evening with a "wooly felt". Yes, in the 36-hour I'm very productive. I've done a piece of nuno wool felt in the Saturday night.
Mogi is expecting me. Big hug to him.這個36小時的週末很豐盛, 我還製作了一件nuno 羊毛衣物, 好暖好暖, 不過抱攬著 Mogi更暖啊.

The wrap is made of this silk printed with eucalpytus leaves, some merino wool, Wenslaydale fleece and mulkberry silk. Chiffon is the base.
I laid some merino wool on the chiffon base, put some Wenslaydale fleece and scattered some mulkberry silk over it. Wet it then turned it over.
